Mindshaker – Senior User Interface Designer

Funções:

  • A Mindshaker está neste momento à procura de dois UX/UI Designers seniores e dois “médios” para reforçar a sua equipa de design. Não queremos um “faz-tudo”, o que procuramos são pessoas responsáveis, honestas, bem dispostas e competentes dentro da área pretendida.

Perfil:

  • Formação em Design;
  • 3 a 5 anos de experiência enquanto UX/UI Designer;
  • Experiência em ferramentas UX/UI, confortável em costumer journey, design systems;
  • Utilizador(a) avançado de Figma, Adobe XD ou ferramentas de design compatíveis com processos UX/UI;
  • Fluente em inglês (escrito e falado).

Nezasa – Backend Software Engineer

Funções:

  • We are looking for senior backend software engineers to further grow our team.

Perfil:

  • Several years of experience as a backend software engineer;
  • A university degree in computer science or a closely related field or industry experience as a backend software engineer, ideally with backend technologies such as Scala, Kotlin, or Java and Akka or Play;
  • Your home base in a time zone close to Lisbon (or intend to move it there);
  • Excellent communication skills in English;
  • A passion for travel would be a plus.

Nezasa – IT System Administrator

Funções:

  • Take ownership of the current and future internal IT systems landscape that are used across the whole organization to support various business processes. This includes tools such as Google Workspace, Atlassian, Zendesk, HubSpot, Asana, Slack and others;
  • Provide user support via our IT Service Desk in Slack and give training for new and existing team members with systems related issues;
  • Design, implement and coordinate strategic plans for systems, policies and procedures together with the relevant departments;
  • Lead efforts to improve existing applications and processes by testing, or modifying systems and implementing strategic solutions;
  • Monitor daily operations of systems and swiftly solve related problems;
  • Monitor security vulnerabilities and ensure data security for cloud and physical devices as well as their back-up systems in line with certification requirements and enforce them across the organisation;
  • Support audit and certification procedures for IT security;
  • Select and manage acquisition of new and replacement workplace infrastructure and IT systems based on need assessments and take ownership of third-party vendor management;
  • You will not be handling the infrastructure of our own SaaS travel booking platform but the tools that we use in our everyday lives at work.

Perfil:

  • 3+ years of experience managing a wide variety of tools & systems and a knack for technical aspects related to system set-up and permissions;
  • The ability to conceptualize and grasp efficient systems set-ups for the business as a whole from Engineering and Product, to Sales and Finance;
  • An inquisitive mind with strong problem solving and analytical thinking skills;
  • Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken);
  • Experience related to security audits and certifications is a plus;
  • BS in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration or related field.

Nezasa – Product Designer

Funções:

  • Work on designing our products’ visual and functional interfaces, focusing on implementing user-centric approaches;
  • Collaborate closely with our design team, product management, engineers and other stakeholders across the business;
  • Use your creativity and communication skills to inspire internal and external clients with your creative ideas;
  • Map out experiences through user journeys and flows to establish ideas and opportunities;
  • Conduct user research to support your design decisions;
  • Keep up-to-date on current industry trends and market developments.

Perfil:

  • 3-5 years of experience in product design (ideally with both web and mobile solutions), a strong portfolio showcasing your eye for aesthetic design as well as customer appeal, and ideally a Bachelor’s Degree in Design;
  • Proven experience in all phases of the design process including user research, copywriting, wireframing, prototyping, visual design, interaction design, and usability testing (using up-to-date tooling like Figma and others);
  • The skills and experience to own the Product Design System;
  • Passion for strong ideas that solve user challenges in uniquely creative ways;
  • A self-starter attitude that makes you work independently and embrace continuous learning;
  • Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken).

Effitalents – Webmaster (French speaker)

Funções:

  • Create websites using the CMS WordPress (so far, so good);
  • Create a website from scratch or from a webdesign (you probably know MacGyver);
  • Perform website maintenance and debugging (you’ll be the hero);
  • To make online (FTP, database, back up, … there we do not speak Chinese to you);
  • Set up RGPD (basic);
  • Create/integrate newsletters (simple).

Perfil:

  • Knowledge in HTML, WordPress and CSS (here, it gets tougher);
  • Good SEO basics (you have to think a little);
  • Knowledge of the rules and standards applicable on the Web (accessibility, w3c,
    browser and media compatibility – if you’ve dropped out of school, it’s not looking good);
  • Knowledge of Google Analytics and Google Search Console (top notch!);
  • 2y of experience minimmum;
  • French speaker;
  • Autonomous, reactive, organized;
  • In short, a person who is well versed in the web world, for whom WordPress and CMS has no secrets just like Elementor, and who eats and breathes responsive.
